Common fixes
- The code does not work. Codes last 30 minutes. Make a new one on the parent's Kids screen.
- No location showing. On the kid's phone: Settings → Think About It! → Location → Always. Also turn on Background App Refresh.
- No alerts on the parent phone. Settings → Notifications → Think About It! → Allow.
- Start over. In the app, Settings → Start over on this phone.
